Roof Protect Thermal Heat Reflective is manufactured using a 100% pure acrylic emulsion with a high surface tension (TG) resulting in a high gloss. The roof will also remain cleaner for a longer period of time with the use of this product. The reflectivity of this product can help to reflect up to 92% of ultraviolet and infra-red rays.
15 years warranty against peeling and cracking is supplied with this product, when applied by an Accredited Applicator

APPLICATION PROCESS
CONCRETE
- High pressure water blast to clean roof (Pre-painted roofs must not have paint lifting)
- Replace broken or cracked tiles and ridge caps
- Re-bed and repoint if necessary
- 1 x coat Roof Protect Platinum Primer
- 2 x coats Roof Protect Thermal Heat Reflective
METAL
- High water pressure blast to clean roof
- Check for rust, bubbling rust must be removed
- If the roof has surface rust apply 1 x coat Roof Protect Rust Inhibitor
- If there is no rust apply 1 x coat Roof Protect Metal Primer
- 2 x coats Roof Protect Thermal Heat Reflective
